Ray White The Zenith Group is a locally owned and operated real estate business proudly serving the Port Stephens community from our Nelson Bay and Tanilba Bay offices.

Led by Managing Principal Tim Jurisic and Business Director Rebekka Jurisic, alongside Selling Principal Aramis Pincovai, The Zenith Group brings together experienced local property professionals across residential and commercial sales, property management and leasing.

Before building their careers in property and business, Tim and Rebekka each served as Commissioned Officers in the Australian Defence Force, bringing more than three decades of combined military service and leadership experience to the business. That background continues to shape how they lead today, with an emphasis on integrity, accountability, teamwork and delivering on commitments.
